Responsibilities
- Own the Customer Service Representative workflow by helping the team resolve routine issues within approved authority.
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
- Review and escalate complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
- Maintain the workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
- Track the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
Requirements
- Use Ticket Management and Service Standards confidently in premium travel research.
- Apply Travel Rule Research without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Case Management decisions clearly for seamless handoffs to teammates.
- Use sound judgment in Case Documentation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Success Measures
The practical outcome is dependable customer resolution: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes. Success is measured through accurate, secure, and traceable customer service representation within premium travel research.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, entry-level, 100% remote within the United States.
