Heyco is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of Sales and Marketing Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and inquiries via phone, fax, and email with speed and accuracy
• Open new accounts and keep customer information up to date in our system (IQMS)
• Provide rate quotes and pricing information
• Resolve customer complaints, billing questions, shipping discrepancies, and RMAs with professionalism and care
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping, Quality Control, Lab, and Engineering to keep orders moving smoothly
• Coordinate foreign sales and services, including export documentation, NAFTA paperwork, and Country of Origin certificates
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and distributors
• Flag product complaints to your supervisor right away so we can act fast

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Comfortable with computers and standard office systems
• Excellent listening, verbal, and phone communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance
• Sound judgment and the ability to problem-solve in standardized situations
• Ability to read and follow written procedures, safety rules, and instructions

Pay

$20/hour plus quarterly bonus
