Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC, fuel oil, or a home services industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, helpful demeanor—especially under pressure.

Pay

From $22.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience
