Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing promotional information, and handling customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls in a professional, timely, and friendly manner to process orders, provide promotional information, and advise of out-of-stocks.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Verify customer account details, including addresses, alternate shipping addresses, etc.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders received by fax, email, online, or EDI within 24-hour turnaround.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to provide best-in-class service to retail customers (or accounts).
- Work closely with Customer Service team, Sales Representatives, Accounts Receivable, and the Shipping department to ensure orders are entered and processed within 24-hour turnaround period.
- Work with Finance team to resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding, and adjusting bills (invoices vs bills or balances).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in customer service and data entry.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Detail-oriented with professional appearance and communication skills – written, verbal, and non-verbal.
- Proven ability to deal with high-profile accounts and customers, with a high success rate of resolving customer issues.
- Skilled in providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Calm and comfortable with change in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay and Schedule
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) based in Monroe, WA, but with the expectation to work fully onsite for the first 90 days. The position pays $21.00-$26.00/hour.
