Customer Service Representative
Full-time opportunity with an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at National Seating and Mobility, you will serve as the acting liaison between our clients, caregivers, and referral sources. You will exemplify our HEARTS values—Honor, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork, and Service—through communication with branch leadership, Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (RTS), Technicians, and other office support personnel.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and manage requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
- Assist in completion of work orders, including verification of client information, equipment detail entry, and eligibility for funding.
- Perform data entry, clerical support tasks, assist with physical inventory, and accept delivery of goods when necessary.
