Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN, part of National Dentex, a leading healthcare organization specializing in dental restoration products, services, and technologies with 50 labs nationwide.

Schedule

Full-time position with regular hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays. Hours are subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including shade, material, poor impressions, and missing items or information
• Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices and the dental lab
• Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
• Enter and schedule IOS cases
• Responsible for pricing
• Serve as backup for accounts receivable
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to verbally communicate via telephone and with all levels of staff while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Takes initiative
• Strong listening skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment or call center (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks at multiple workstations, including standing and sitting for extended periods of time
• Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

Hazardous materials or equipment used: general office equipment.
