Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
- Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers
- Utilize in-house designed software to track client data and equipment
- Effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong task organization and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of tools is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
- Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
