Customer Service Representative
About the role
Hoffman Exterminating is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support and administer internal and external Service Center customers. The position is compensated at an hourly rate based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls.
- Determine and resolve issues to address customer problems.
- Absorb scheduling services, collecting payments, and updating customer records.
- Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician availability and account payments.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve monthly service center goals.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance.
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
