Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

This role supports strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular outreach, issue resolution, and proactive support.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Shipping, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.
• Support inbound RFQs by providing catalog, contract, and price-list information.
• Review and resolve contract discrepancies, pricing questions, and customer documentation issues.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen customer service, response time, and account support.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5–7 years of customer service, order entry, or account support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reviewing contracts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer RFQs.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, customer portals, and business data analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including inventory, shipping, vendor coordination, and customer specifications.
• Ability to partner with customers, engineers, management, and internal teams to support account growth and service improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $69,200.00 – $103,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
