We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irving, TX!
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and assist them via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' problems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
