Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
• Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls.
• Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay

USD $24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Day Shift with possible flexibility needed for weekends. Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
