Responsibilities
- Work directly with multiple departments across the company
- Build valuable experience in sales operations, customer support, bids, and order management
- Share ideas and help improve processes

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order management, or a related role
- Experience handling quotes, orders, bids, or customer requests
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Mechanical, construction, or industrial industry experience is a plus
- Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks is a plus
