Responsibilities

  • Work directly with multiple departments across the company
  • Build valuable experience in sales operations, customer support, bids, and order management
  • Share ideas and help improve processes
  • Make a visible impact every day

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order management, or a related role
  • Experience handling quotes, orders, bids, or customer requests
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  • Mechanical, construction, or industrial industry experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks is a plus
