About the Role

Join our award-winning team as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in our daily operations. You will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers, ensuring an extraordinary stay with a warm welcome and concierge service. Collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required
  • Invoice for services rendered to customers and pilots
  • Record customer preferences in Million Air internal system
  • Proactively prepare for all incoming aircraft
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partner with the line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  • Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Maintain a neat work area at all times, including front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

Requirements

  • Customer focus with a naturally outgoing/extroverted personality
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through radio communications
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale programs
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (requires a clean driving record)
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand to greet customers, walk throughout the facility, and interact with customers
  • 21 years or older with a valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Zero-tolerance drug-free employer; includes pre-employment and random screening

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bi-lingual preferred.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Schedule

This is a non-exempt position that includes shift work, requiring work during evenings, weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
