About the role
Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. The successful candidate will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
- Reply to emails and social media or connect the consumer to the proper department
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Schedule appointments and create optimal routes for technicians
- Strongly represent and promote our brand
- Assist with billing issues
- Help the management team with ongoing tasks
Requirements
- No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Must be reliable and people-friendly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English, with good verbal and communication skills
- Permission to work in the USA
- Due to healthcare industry regulations, every Medihill employee is required to pass background checks and a drug test before starting and on a regular basis
