*Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of duties to support the customer service and sales function of a branch office, responding to inquiries or requests for information. This position completes documentation and performs point-of-sale processing for all types of new accounts, including loans and deposits. The role also provides direct service to customers regarding deposit products, consumer loans, and services, or makes referrals for Insurance, Investments, and Non-Traditional Bank Products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience preferred

Pay

$19.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.
