Full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative position with growth potential for the right candidate. This role requires a team player with a strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete cash transactions for customers
- Initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past due payments
- Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays (Sundays off)
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
- Safe, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
