Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are a Silicon Valley company specializing in chemistry within a clean room environment to support semiconductor manufacturing development. As part of a publicly listed company with multiple West Coast entities, we offer significant growth opportunities both within our company and our group.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to track order status and manage expectations
• Collect feedback and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide quotes and reports to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Master online systems and processes, building data to guide decisions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3-5 years of fast-paced, detail-oriented customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Self-driven with a keen quality orientation and pride in work
• Working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environments is a plus

Interaction With Other Employees

Works closely with shipping and receiving teams, with daily interaction with production employees.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonus, gainshare, and/or equity. The actual offer will vary based on individual candidate qualifications and background.
