Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations
- Collections feedback and makes recommendations for improvement
- Provides quotes and reports to customers
- Works with internal team to drive issues to resolutions
- Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions
- Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of fast-paced detailed people servicing experience
- Demonstrated ability in following instructions, highly detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Pride in work, self-driven, and keen quality orientation
- A working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environment is a plus
Interaction With Other Employees
- Works hand-in-hand with the shipping and receiving
- Day-to-day interaction with production employees
About the Role
We are a Silicon Valley company that uses chemistry in a clean room environment to support the development of manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. We are also a part of a publicly listed company with multiple entities on the West Coast and so there is plenty of growth opportunity both within our company and in our group.
Benefits
The hiring range for this position is typically $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
