Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily phone and email interaction with customers, vendors, and Employees
- Provide customer service that is polite, kind, and friendly
- Be prepared to assist in providing best in class service
- Able to multi-task, communicate effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Provide support where necessary from a service and administrative perspective
- Responsible for assisting with the following: AR, Scheduling, Dispatch, Filing, Customer Service
- Other duties as needed for success that may arise from time to time
Requirements
- 3-5 years Customer Service or related experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
- Rapid data entry and/or Service Management Software experience a PLUS
- Personable and customer focused demeanor
- Drug and Background Screen required
- Three (3) Professional work experience references required
