Customer Service Representative
Job Duties
- Reviews claims or appeals issues, complaints, and inquiries referred by claims customer service representatives to determine if desk procedures and guidelines were followed.
- Researches to identify underlying causes and determine ways to prevent and correct such causes.
- Identifies and reports potential fraud and abuse situations.
- Researches and responds to complex customer inquiries, ensuring that contract standards and objectives for timeliness, productivity and quality are met.
- Examines and processes claims and/or non-medical appeals according to business/contract regulations, internal standards, and examining guidelines.
- Affords assistance with process improvements by recommending improvements in procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Bilingual: (English and Mandarin)
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
- 2+ Years Claims Processing
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative at China Jushi USA is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all complex customer inquiries. This includes verifying and processing customer orders, communicating and coordinating with the warehouse for delivery, and assisting with process improvements by recommending improvements in procedures and policies.
Shift
Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
