Customer Service Representative

Compensation

$20‑$24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Develop organization‑wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of customer service experience within a call‑center environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
