Customer Service Representative

About the role

Jaeckle Distributors is seeking an experienced, team‑oriented Customer Service Associate to work at our headquarters in Madison, WI. As a third‑generation, family‑owned business founded in 1958, we partner with businesses in 11 states for flooring and surfacing product needs. Our customer service department is widely recognized for outstanding performance, and you will join a small, collaborative team where your contributions truly matter.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with placing orders.
• Check stock availability.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries.

Requirements

• Positive “how can I help” attitude and a commitment to doing the absolute best for the customer.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and product information.
• Desire to work a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with weekends off.
• Comfortable with casual dress in the work environment.
• Interest in an aggressive paid time off (PTO) plan.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a call‑center environment and handling a call queue.
• Strong keyboard and computer skills.

Schedule
