Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. This is an on-site position where you will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, use a computer system to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Schedule appointments and field customer questions
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs/records of calls, activities, and other information
• Show care and compassion for customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other office personnel
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Customer service experience
• HVAC or plumbing office experience is a plus

Schedule

Must be willing to work varied evenings and weekends.
