About the Role
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. This is an on-site position where you will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, use a computer system to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Schedule appointments and field customer questions
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs/records of calls, activities, and other information
- Show care and compassion for customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other office personnel
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Customer service experience
- HVAC or plumbing office experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer grievances
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient phone/communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
Schedule
Must be willing to work varied evenings and weekends.
