About the role
Serves as the liaison between external customers and the Hood Packaging organization regarding the processing, follow-up, and expediting of all orders from initial placement through actual delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Assists in assuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, Work Instructions, and Safe Quality Food System (SQF) requirements to support food safety and quality standards. Operates within the limits of applicable policies, procedures, and established plans, with the authority to take action and make decisions as necessary, while maintaining full accountability for results.
Responsibilities
- Process, follow up, and expedite all customer orders from initial placement through delivery.
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMPs, Work Instructions, and Safe Quality Food System (SQF) requirements.
- Make decisions and take actions within the scope of applicable policies and procedures.
