Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls
• Gathering accurate patient demographic information
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Obtaining necessary authorizations
• Ensuring the intake process is completed flawlessly for clean claim submissions
• Collaborating with the team on Invasive Vent setups
• Handling customer orders
• Determining service charges
• Documenting any complaints or equipment failures
• Addressing dissatisfied customers
• Coordinating complaint resolutions
• Liaising with various stakeholders for timely discharges
• Logging important information into our systems and validating its completeness and accuracy

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, healthcare providers, and internal team members
• Strong attention to detail is crucial in accurately documenting information and ensuring smooth claim submissions
• Ability to navigate and utilize computer systems efficiently, including software like Brightree, is essential for managing patient data and processing orders
