Customer Service Representative
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
- Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
- Process return orders.
- Track shipments.
- Performs account maintenance and updates.
- Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
- Responds to customer inquires.
- Processes credit memos.
- Maintains customer specific pricing.
- Maintains open orders report.
- Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
