Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience over phone, text, email, chat, and in-person.
- Use ServiceTitan to schedule service appointments and installations.
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately to help customers feel heard and supported.
- Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to get the job done right.
- Document customer interactions and update records in our system.
- Assist with various general office and administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
- Handle light cashier duties, including processing transactions for customers that purchase items over the counter.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or as a dispatcher preferred.
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan is a plus (but we'll train the right person).
- A confident, calm, and kind communicator.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team.
- Must be comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
