About the role

Grande Fond du Lac is searching for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams. As a key partner to customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse, and Accounting, you will manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring orders are entered accurately, inventory availability is confirmed, delivery requirements are met, and customers receive exceptional service. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, order changes, special requests, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate records and supporting a seamless customer experience.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting business operations by coordinating order fulfillment, invoicing, inventory tracking, product recalls, regulatory documentation, and customer onboarding activities. Success requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Confirm inventory availability and meet delivery requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, order changes, special requests, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, invoicing, inventory tracking, product recalls, regulatory documentation, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-year Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • One or more years of related experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • ERP systems experience highly desired.
  • Proficient mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
