Join the Pak as a Customer Service Representative in Carteret, NJ. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and reports to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received through various channels efficiently.
• Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness; follow up promptly on discrepancies or missing information.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including inventory status, product availability, and cold storage requirements.
• Manage high volumes of emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently; follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Regularly audit systems and/or reports to identify and resolve discrepancies; take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay

$20 – $22 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
