About the role

This role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Specific terms and payout details will be discussed with candidates during the interview stage.

Responsibilities

- Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time - Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided - Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member. - Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. - Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate - Perform all other duties as assigned

- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record - Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
