Customer Service Representative

FASTSIGNS #221601 is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the center.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure while producing high‑volume, high‑quality work.
