Customer Service Representative

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the initial contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center. The role involves preparing estimates, implementing work orders, ensuring timely delivery of finished orders, participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and building long‑lasting relationships through email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both current and prospective.
• Prepare estimates and implement work orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Interact with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and at their place of business.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.

Pay

Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per week.
