Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients managing sudden cardiac arrest through our Jewel program.
- Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and good manufacturing practices.
- Build and train other assemblers on our products.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of LHR documentation.
Requirements
Essential qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in customer service or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in healthcare or related fields.
- Knowledge of quality system requirements and good manufacturing practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
