Responsibilities
- Aid the outside sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals set by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Service an existing customer base with questions and concerns, and continue to expand current sales orders and requests.
- Sell current products by developing and implementing marketing/business strategies, using current market trends with both inside and outside sales teams.
- Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive, and prospective accounts during downtime.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all established accounts.
- Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals.
- A BA in Business, or another related field, is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
