About the role
DAC Fitness is seeking an experienced and motivated collections specialist to join their dynamic collections team. Each shift involves greeting members, providing excellent hospitality, and building meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer refunds
- Reviewing and altering account details
- Resolving client inconsistencies
- Collecting overdue payments
- Supervising assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts
- Developing effective repayment plans
- Following up with clients on overdue accounts
- Oversight of monthly payments and refunds
- Communicating effectively in person and on the phone
Requirements
- Ability to smile
- Knowledge of using a computer
- Multi-tasking and self-starting abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- To be a team player
- Tough skin (tolerance for criticism)
Qualifications
Essential physical requirements include the ability to supervise accounts, develop repayment plans, follow up on overdue accounts, and communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
