Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers (in person and by phone), respond to inquiries about repair, wrap, painting, restoration and customization services.
- Explain service options (collision repair, auto painting, wraps, paint protection film, custom work, restoration) clearly and help customers select what meets their needs.
- Schedule appointments for inspections, repairs, paint jobs, wraps, or restoration services; manage calendar and job queue.
- Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record customer requests and damage descriptions accurately.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding their job status, projected timelines, and pickup details.
- Cook up with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; manage administrative tasks (filing, phone messages, follow-ups).
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, or administrative role — ideally in auto repair or related industry (preferred but not strictly required).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning about auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and customization services.
- Professional, friendly demeanor, patient, customer-focused, and reliable attendance.
