Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers (in person and by phone), respond to inquiries about repair, wrap, painting, restoration and customization services.
  • Explain service options (collision repair, auto painting, wraps, paint protection film, custom work, restoration) clearly and help customers select what meets their needs.
  • Schedule appointments for inspections, repairs, paint jobs, wraps, or restoration services; manage calendar and job queue.
  • Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record customer requests and damage descriptions accurately.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding their job status, projected timelines, and pickup details.
  • Cook up with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; manage administrative tasks (filing, phone messages, follow-ups).

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, or administrative role — ideally in auto repair or related industry (preferred but not strictly required).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning about auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and customization services.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor, patient, customer-focused, and reliable attendance.
