Customer Service Representative

Location: Odessa, FL 33356 • 20-week contract, potential for extension or conversion

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team focused on providing excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, helping resolve customer concerns, monitor deliveries, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist customers, business partners, and drivers by phone and email
• Respond to customer questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
• Monitor delivery routes and provide updates as needed
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Maintain accurate information while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar programs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience (preferred)
• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience (preferred)

Pay

$17.00/hour
