About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the CSR offers solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function is to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, or other locations, along with other office support duties as needed. The CSR often serves as the first interaction customers have with Copart, representing the company’s face and values. This position may expand to include chat and email customer support.

Responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up timeliness).
• Focus on call resolution, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
• Understand client needs and provide support and solutions.
• Perform other office support functions as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems (MS Suite).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Occasional overtime as needed.

Pay

$20.03 - $22.58 per hour.
