Customer Service Representative

About the role

You’ll be the voice of Blend Supply, earning trust and solving problems for customers ranging from military jet manufacturers to custom cabinet shops. Responsibilities

• Back up teammates and uphold the standards you set with clients.
• Handle customer communication by phone, email, and in person: take orders, answer questions, and serve as a technical resource.
• Become the product expert customers trust—know features, benefits, and applications inside and out.
• Resolve complaints about billing, shipping, or service, involving the appropriate team when deeper investigation is needed.
• Support the AS9100 quality process by logging complaints and non‑conformances and flagging improvement opportunities.
• Maintain customer service excellence for yourself and the team, contribute to inside sales, and act as a reliable team player.
• Perform other tasks as needed, always doing the right thing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills, including handling sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Comfort with internet software, Excel, an ERP (Prophet 21), a CRM, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
