Join Our Team At Bill Pearce Motors, we believe exceptional customer service starts with exceptional people. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Call Center team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Aid customers with scheduling service appointments and answering questions regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Build positive relationships with customers and help create an exceptional service experience
- Work closely with service advisors and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Help promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding communication and follow-up
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the auto industry

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and other computer applications
