About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to help attract amazing talent by showcasing our culture every day. As a leader in the safety solutions and IoT space, growing by over 200,000 accounts each year, we need exceptionally motivated, capable, and driven people like you. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand new position requirements, creatively source new candidates, and manage the entire hiring process. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where each team member contributes to the company’s success and brings their best self to work every day.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions or concerns from VAs and establish positive relationships
  • Answer questions or concerns from end users while providing excellent customer service
  • Process orders from the VAs in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
  • Communicate with VAs about orders
  • Create sales orders in Netsuite
  • Activate devices through Orion
  • Ensure all orders are processed for the day
  • Create and send invoices after orders have been processed
  • Send invoices within 24 hours
  • Assist end users in setting up their accounts, activating, and testing their devices
  • Process returns, replacements, and accessories needed by end users
  • Cross-train in shipping and RMA testing
  • Help ship out devices when needed
  • Account for inventory
  • Test returned devices for defects
  • Adapt to new processes and technology
  • Assist with projects as required
  • Work with other departments to maintain efficiency and find resolutions to larger technical issues
  • Other duties as prescribed

Requirements

  • Maintain a consistent and predictable schedule
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
  • Self-manage with moderate supervision
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Results-oriented, creative problem-solver; able to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, focus, follow-up, and follow-through; methodical time management

Pay

$18.00 an hour
