About the role

Audi Warwick, a part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Customer Representative to support the dealership by working alongside various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience at every step of the car-buying journey.
  • Show technical expertise by offering comprehensive knowledge of available products and services.
  • Communicate authentically with customers, demonstrating understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms using MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools.
