Customer Service Representative

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for any internal or external customers.
• Act as a detective on incoming phone calls to determine problems and find solutions.
• Assist in scheduling services, taking payments, or updating customer files to put customers at ease.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere striving to meet the service center's goals each month.
• Use computer skills, problem solving, and commitment to create an awesome experience in every interaction to ensure success.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance
