Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via incoming phone calls.
• Act as a detective to identify problems and find solutions for customer issues.
• Assist with scheduling services, processing payments, and updating customer files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
• Create an awesome experience in every customer interaction using problem-solving skills and computer proficiency.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance.
• Able to work a minimum 40-hour workweek with minimal overtime as needed.
