We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Academy Animal Hospital! We’re not your average veterinary hospital. As a Fear Free Certified Practice, we focus on creating a calmer, less stressful experience for our patients and their families. We care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and injured wildlife, so there is rarely a boring day! What You’ll Do Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassionAnswer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitudeSchedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothlyCheck clients in and out and process paymentsMaintain accurate client and patient recordsAssist with prescription and medical record requestsRecognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical teamHelp create a calm, organized, Fear Free environmentSupport your teammates and jump in where neededProvide compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments Who We’re Looking For You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are Friendly Compassionate Dependable Organized Positive Team-Oriented You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy. Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred, but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.
