Customer Service Representative Associate

About the role

Provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone. Responsible for processing applications for insurance and handling service requests for customers according to established procedures. Responds to routine telephone calls and correspondence using a computer to access account information. Completes any necessary documentation and refers issues to the Supervisor as needed.
