Customer Service Representative - Alabaster Caverns

Responsibilities

• Takes messages and provides information about location facilities.
• Processes reservation requests and checks guests into reservations.
• Posts charges to guest accounts and collects payments.
• Serves as a cashier and assists with gift shop sales.
• Checks in/out recreation equipment and prepares various reports.
• Performs general housekeeping tasks in public areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two (2) years of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $15.00/hr. After successful completion of a one-year trial period with OTRD, the rate of pay may increase to $15.45/hr.
