Customer Service Representative (6 month Contract)- Bilingual Spanish

About the role

Collective Health is seeking passionate, temporary Member Advocate Contractors to join our Customer Experience team in Lehi, UT!

Responsibilities

• Get an introduction into health insurance, benefits and network plans to support tier 1 member questions and support
• Connect with members via phone and email to address and resolve a variety of member inquiries to help people understand, navigate, and pay for healthcare
• Support and cultivate office culture that aligns with Collective Health values and incorporates the outstanding aspects of the team
• Reporting into a Team Lead, this will be an essential role at Collective Health

Requirements

• Your skills include having a want to help others with healthcare situations and having a resiliency mindset that can consistently create empathy with each and every one of our members
• You have outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, and will use this to navigate sophisticated and moving member inquiries
• You have the ability to adapt well in a fast-paced high volume environment to deliver personalized and eloquent member service
• You have the ability to learn new software programs and adapt quickly to new processes
• You are technologically savvy
• You maintain composure and compassion when balancing a high volume of tasks

Qualifications

• Nice to have 1+ years of experience in a fast paced work environment
• Nice to have 1+ years experience in customer-facing role
• Nice to have Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Nice to have Prior healthcare experience
• Nice to have Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Pay

Hybrid contractors are expected to be in the office two days per week (Lehi, UT).

Contract Hourly Pay Range $19.80—$19.80 USD
