Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Documenting calls and customer information into a company specific database
• Cash handling
• Filing paperwork
• Outbound calls for customers regarding loans
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office setting
• Good tenure, 2+ years in previous employment
• Able to type 30-40 WPM
• Using MS Office software
