CUSTOMER SERVICE REP: SCHEDULING SPECIALIST
About the role
Catseye Routing Coordinators handle phone calls and emails from current clients. They answer any questions or concerns a client may have regarding service and billing, manage the schedule and routing for our Pest Management Technicians, confirm appointments with clients, and scan and organize work orders.

Requirements
- Energetic individual with great communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- No prior knowledge of the pest management industry necessary, but experience using PestPac preferred
Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer service
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated
Skills
- Experience using PestPac (preferred)
- Experience with another pest control company (preferred but not required)
- Two (2) years experience in customer service
- Call center experience a plus
- Experience using Google Drive (Spreadsheets) and Excel
- Strong data entry and analytical skills
- Strong telecommunication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
